We review your process node, inspection tool type, and current false-positive baseline. Scope the evaluation together.

On-site deployment — 3 days
Our applications engineer installs, configures SECS/GEM integration, and sets initial recipe parameters. ATC qualification completes.

Evaluation run — 3–4 weeks
System runs in parallel with your current inspection. Blind classification against your gold-standard defect maps. You receive weekly FPR reports.

Results review
Final report with FPR by defect class, detection rate comparison, and recommendation for production configuration. Decision is yours.
